This study examines the plant species' distribution andcover abundance scales relations with soil and otherenvironmental factors such as elevation, exposure, slope in thealpine region. 10 sample areas were determined for experimentalfield study in the alpine region. P lant species and their coverabundance scales and 0 5 and 5 15cm soil depth analysis wereconducted in the field study. C, N, pH, soil salinity, soil texture,C/N and CaCO3(%) were determined in soil laboratory analysis.To examine the effect of land use by the local people; sampleareas were determined both on used area and non used area inthe alpine region.
