Inapreviouspaperweshowed,inordertosuggestonepossiblemechanismofquasi-periodicoscillations(QPOs),thatsomeaxiallysymmetricradialoscillationscanbetrappedandexcitedindwarf-novaaccretiondisks.Thisstudywasdonebyusingadiffusion-typeturbulentstresstensor.Theadoptionofadiffusiontypestresstensoris,however,notsuitable,sincetherelaxationtimeofturbulenceinKepleriandisksiscomparablewiththetimescaleoftheoscillations,andthedelayofthetimeresponseoftheturbulencetotheoscillationshasnon-negligibleeffectsontheexcitationofoscillations.Inthispaperwereexaminetheexcitationoftrappedoscillationsondwarf-novadisksbytakingtheeffectsoftheabove-mentionedtimedelayofthestresstensorintoaccount.Theresultsshowthatalthoughthegrowthrateoftrappedoscillationsdecreasesbyafactorof2-3,theoscillationsarestillexcited,exceptforcaseswhenthetemperaturedependenceoftheopacityisweakandtheviscosityissmall.
