WepresentASCAandSuzakustudiesoftheTeVsourceHESSJ1837$$-$$069,whichhasnotbeenidentifiedinotherwavelengths.WeconfirmthepresenceoftwoX-raysourcesintheSuzakuXISimage,AXJ1838.0$$-$$0655andAXJ1837.3$$-$$0652,nearbothendsoftheelongatedTeVemissionregion.TheXISspectraofthetwosourceswerereproducedbyanabsorbedpower-lawmodel,whoseparametersareallconsistentwiththosedeterminedbytheASCAdata.Recently,70.5msX-raypulsationhasbeendetectedwithRXTEintheskyregionincludingHESSJ1837$$-$$069(Gotthelfamp;Halpern2008,ApJ,681,515).UsingtheASCAGISdata,whichhasbothtimingandimagingcapabilities,weidentifiedthepulsationsourceasAXJ1838.0$$-$$0655.ThepulseperiodsdeterminedbyASCAandSuzaku,andthatreportedwithRXTEindicatesteadyspin-downat$$dot{P}$$$$=$$4.917(4)$$ imes$$10$$^{-14}$$ss$$^{-1}$$.TheseresultssuggestthatAXJ1838.0$$-$$0655isanintrinsicallystablesource,andpresumablyapulsarwindnebula(PWN).WediscussthepossibilitythatAXJ1838.0$$-$$0655isassociatedwithHESSJ1837$$-$$069andtheVHE$$gamma$$-rayemissionisoriginatedfromthePWN.
