Weexaminehybridthermal-nonthermalsynchrotronspectrafromasphericallysymmetric,optically-thinwind,takingintoaccounttherelativisticeffect.Inrelativisticflowfromthecentralobject,duetotherelativisticbeamingeffect,theobservedspectraoftenshifttowardshighfrequencyandhighintensitydirections.Inopticallythinoutflows,however,wefindthattheintensityoftheobservedspectradecreasescomparedwiththatoftheemittedones,althoughthepeakfrequencyshiftstowardsthehigh-frequencydirection.Thisisbecauseintheopticallythinoutflowswecanseethefar-sideflowsthatgoawayfromtheobserver.Wethuscarefullyconsideropticallythinrelativisticflowsaroundablackhole,suchasSgrA$$^ast$$.
