Thestructureandemissionpropertiesofsupercriticalaccretiondiskshavebeenwell-investigatedbothanalyticallyandnumerically.Duetotheexistenceofanopticallythickwind,however,wecannotseethesurfaceofthenakedsupercriticaldiskswithoutwind,butobservetheapparentphotosphereformedinthewind.Usingasimplewindmodel,weexaminedtheobservationalappearanceandexpectedspectraofthewind-disksystem.Weconfirmedthattheapparentphotosphereinthewindiscertainlylocatedhighabovethedisksurface.Wealsofoundthatthecomovingspectraoftheapparentphotosphereresemblesthecharacteristicflatspectralenergydistributionofthesupercirticaldisks,aslongastheradiativefluxisconservedinthewind,althoughtheobservedspectraremarkablydependsonthevelocitydistributionontheapparentphotosphere.Wefurtherexaminedtheinclinationangledependence,andcalculatedtheapparentluminosityofthewind-disksystem.Wefoundthattheapparentluminositydistributionwell-reproducestheobservationaltrendoftheluminosityfunctionoftheobservedultra-luminousX-raysources.
