Wereportonlong-termmonitoringofanewlydiscoveredX-raynova,MAXIa€‰a€‰J1910a?’057(=a€‰Swifta€‰a€‰J1910.2a?’0546)byMAXIandSwift.ThenewX-raytransientwasfirstdetectedon2012May31bytheMAXIGasSlitCamera(GSC)andtheSwiftBurstAlertTelescope(BAT)almostsimultaneously.WeanalyzedX-rayandUVdatafor270a€‰dfollowingtheoutburstonsettakenbyrepeatedMAXIscansandSwiftpointingobservations.TheobtainedX-raylightcurvefortheinital90a€‰disroughlyrepresentedbyafast-riseandexponential-decayprofile.However,itre-brightenedat??a??a€‰110a€‰daftertheonsetandfinallywentdownbelowbothGSCandBATdetectionlimitsafter240a€‰d.AlltheX-rayenergyspectraarefittedwellwithamodelconsistingofamulti-color-diskblackbodyanditsComptonizedhardtail.Duringthesoft-stateperiods,theinner-diskradiusofthebest-fitmodelwasalmostconstant.Iftheradiusrepresentstheinnermoststablecircularorbitofanon-spinningblackholeandthesoft-to-hardtransitionsoccurat1%a€“4%oftheEddingtonluminosity,themassofthecompactobjectisestimatedtobe??a€‰2.9a€‰Ma??andthedistancetobe??a€‰1.70a€‰kpc.Theinner-diskradiusbecamelargerinthehard/hard-intermediatestate.Thissuggeststhattheaccretiondiskwouldbetruncated.WedetectedanexcessoftheUVfluxoverthediskblackbodycomponentextrapolatedfromtheX-raydata,whichcanbemodeledasreprocessedemissionirradiatedbytheinnerdisk.WealsofoundthattheUVlightcurvemostlytracedtheX-raycurve,butashortdippingeventwasobservedinboththeUVandtheX-raybandswitha3.5??dX-raytimelag.ThiscanbeinterpretedastheradialinflowofaccretingmatterfromtheouterUVregiontotheinnerX-rayregion.
