High-resolutionnear-infrared($$J$$$$H$$$$K$$$$L^prime$$$$M^prime$$)imagesofamassivestar-formingregion,S255-2,wereobtainedwiththeSubaruTelescopeandaninfraredcamera,CIAO.TheseimagesclearlyresolvetwosetsofbipolarnebulaeilluminatedbytwoindependentmassiveYSOs.AnumberofclustermemberYSOshavebeendetected,including3newsources.Sevenearly-Btypestarshavebeenidentifiedwithin10a€‰pcofS255-2;threeareassociatedwithextendedopticalHIIregions.Thevariationintheappearanceoftheseearly-BtypestarssuggestsanevolutionarysequenceofmassivestarsintheS255region.
