Weexaminetheequilibriumconfigurationsofastratusfloatingaboveanaccretiondisk,usingtheradiativeforcefromtheluminousdiskjustbelowthestratus.Forvariousdiskluminositiesandopticaldepthsofthestratus,thestratuscanstablyfloatontheouterdisk,whileastableconfigurationdoesnotexistontheinnerdisk.WhenthediskluminositynormalizedbytheEddingtonluminosityisunity,andthestratusopticaldepthisaroundunity,thestableconfigurationdisappearsatra‰250rg,rgbeingtheSchwarzschildradius,andthestratuswouldbeblownoffasacloudywind,whichconsistsofmanystratiwithappropriateconditions.Intheouterregionofra‰350rg,ontheotherhand,wefindthatthestablefloatingheightisza??20rg,whichisapproximatelytwotimeslargerthaninthecaseoftheparticle.Thisdifferenceisduetotheanisotropicscatteringeffect;thestratuscangettwicethemomentumfromradiationthanitcanintheparticlecase.Thepresentresults,thattheradiation-drivencloudywindcanbeeasilyblownofffromtheluminousdisk,canexplainobservedoutflowsinbroadabsorptionlinequasarsandultra-fastoutflowobjects.
