WepresentamodelforexplainingtheFeK$$alpha$$lineandthecontinuumintheafterglowofGRB000214.Inthispaper,weposetheimportancetoseekthephysicallynaturalenvironmentaroundGRB000214.Forreproducingtheobservation,weneedaring-likeremnantaroundtheprogenitor,likethatofSN1987Aproducedbythemass-lossoftheprogenitorandthefireballspreadoveralldirections.TheobservationofGRB000214,inwhichthecontinuumpower-lawspectrumdecreasedfasterthantheline,motivatedustoconsidertwoindependentsystemsforthelineemissionandthecontinuumspectrum.Atfirst,thecontinuumspectrumcanbefittedbytheafterglowemissionofthefireballpointingtowardtheobserver,whichdoesnotcollidewiththeringbecausetheemissionofGRBandtheafterglowarehighlycollimatedtotheobserverbytherelativisticbeamingeffect.Secondly,thelinecanbefittedbythefluorescenceoftheFeatomsintheringilluminatedbytheX-rayafterglow.ThesignificanceofthisstudyisthatourmodelmaystronglyconstraintheGRBmodel.
