AgroupofMiravariablesinthesolarneighborhoodshowsunusualspatialmotionintheGalaxy.TostudythismotiononamuchlargerscaleintheGalaxy,wenewlysurveyed134evolvedstarsofftheGalacticplanebySiOmaserlines,obtainingaccurateradialvelocitiesof84detectedstars.TogetherwiththepastdataofSiOmasersources,weanalyzedtheradial-velocitydataofalargesampleofsourcesdistributedinadistancerangeofabout0.3a€“6kpcinthefirstGalacticquadrant.AtGalacticlongitudesbetween20$$^{circ}$$and40$$^{circ}$$,wefoundagroupofstarswithlargenegativeradialvelocities,whichdeviatebymorethan100kms$$^{-1}$$fromtheGalacticrotation.WeshowthatthesedeviantmotionsofmaserstarsarecreatedbyperiodicgravitationalperturbationoftheBulgebar,andthattheeffectappearsmoststronglyatradiibetweencorotationandouterLindbladresonances.TheresonanceeffectcanexplainthedisplacementofpositionsfromtheGalacticplaneaswell.
