The results of research of structure of physical health of youths of the first course are expounded in the article. It is found out indexes on which it follows to direct effort of physical education. Physical health - one of parameters which determines quality and lifetime of the person. It is connected to social and professional well-being of the person. State-of-the-art educational institutions became a serious risk factor. Weak parameters of activity of cardiovascular system and a level of development of force which require urgent correction are detected.
