WepresenttheXMM-Newtonresultsofthegalaxyclusters2A0335$$+$$096andA496.Fromaninvestigationof2-dimensionalICMprofiles,weobtainednewfeaturesrelatedtodynamicalactivitiesintheICM.In2A0335$$+$$096,wefoundaspiralcooltailaroundthecentralcoldcore,whichistrailingfromtheoppositesideofthecoldfrontobservedbyChandra.Thedeprojectedtemperatureofthetailis1.7a€‰keV.Thespiralfeatureapparentlyshowsaturnaroundmotionofthecore.Wesuggestthatthecooltailfeaturerepresentsevidenceforturbulentviscousstrippingoftheremainingsubclustercore.ForA496,wefoundanothercoldfront$$4^{prime}$$southoftheX-rayemissionpeak.Fromthepressureprofileacrossthecoldfront,wederivedanupperlimittotheMachnumberofagasbodyof0.2.Regardingthetemperaturedistributionintheouterregion,wefoundnon-uniformityontheclusterscaleforbothclusters,whichsuggeststhatbothclustersexperiencedamergerinthepast.Wearguethatthegasdynamicalmotionsseeninthecentralregionsofbothclusterscanbeattributedtothepastmerger.
