GRSa€‰1747a?’312isaneutronstarlow-massX-raybinaryintheglobularclusterTerzan??6,locatedatadistanceof9.5??kpcfromtheEarth.Duringitsoutbursts,periodiceclipseswereknowntooccur.ObservationsfortheoutburstswereperformedwithChandrain2004andSwiftin2013.XMM-Newtonobserveditsquiescentstatein2004.Inaddition,whenSuzakuobserveditin2009asapartofGalacticcentermappingobservations,GRSa€‰1747a?’312wasfoundtobeinalow-luminositystatewithLxa??1.2?—1035erg??sa?’1.AlloftheobservationsexceptforXMM-Newtonincludedthetimeoftheeclipsespredicted.Weanalyzedarchivaldataoftheseobservations.DuringtheChandraandSwiftobservations,wefoundclearfluxdecreasesattheexpectedtimeoftheeclipses.DuringtheSuzakuobservation,however,therewerenoclearsignsforthepredictedeclipses.ThelapseofthepredictedeclipsesduringtheSuzakuobservationcanbeexplainedbyacontaminantsourcequiteclosetoGRSa€‰1747a?’312.WhenGRSa€‰1747a?’312isinthequiescentstate,weobserveX-raysfromthecontaminantsourceratherthanfromGRSa€‰1747a?’312.However,wehavenoclearevidenceforthecontaminantsourceinourdata.Thelapsemightalsobeexplainedbythickmaterial(NH1024cma?’2)betweentheneutronstarandthecompanionstar,thoughtheoriginofthethickmaterialisnotclear.
