We report an endoscopically assisted total diverticulectomyfor Zenker's diverticulum. Skin incisions were made at theanterior axillary line, the center of the sternum, and the neck asportals for endoscopical instruments. The skin was retracted withhooks which provided an excellent view of the working space. Thediverticulum was fully exposed and resected by using a multifireendoscopic stapler. This approach is minimally invasive incomparison with the conventional open cervical approach.
