摘要

Abstract In this study, animal and human pathogen Escherichia coli strains were isolated from Balcaly domestic sewage water. The isolated strains were identified and 37 strains which are sensitive to phage were selected. The plasmid isolation of bacteria strains were done and plasmid profiles were observed by agarose gel electrophoresis. Except some strains, most of the E.coli strains had 300-10,000 bp sized plasmids and also greater than 10,000 bp sized plasmids were determined. With our research, we aim to provide contribution that the pathogenic E.coli strains can be eliminated naturally by lysing with their specific phages in any environment.
