摘要

The openness of Android OS and the easy developmentof applications have attracted a large number ofenthusiasts to join in. Due to the deficiencies of permissionmechanism of Android OS, an Android privacy protectionsystem called Protectedroid is presented in this paper whichis a model based on grey list and enables the design of securitystrategies more easily. Protectedroid adds an enforcingprivacy protection module between App and private data.When an application is added to the grey list and intends toaccess sensitive data and resources, Protectedroid will interceptdata access request and return false objects for the greyapplications. Experimental results show that: Protectedroidcan effectively throttle the privacy leakage and ensure theeffectiveness and stability of the entire system.
