摘要

In this study,the gelatin gum arabic m icrocapsule s loaded B acillus thuringiensis Bt wereprepared by complex coacervation . Based on single factor experiment and o rthogonal tes t,the preparation process parameters such as encapsulating temperature and pH, theconcentration of getatin and gum Arabic , and rotational speed were investigated andoptimi z ed . The obtained optimum parameters of preparation were as follow s: theencapsulating temperature and pH were 4 0 ℃ and 3.9 the concentration of getatin and gumarabic were 10 g 1 L 1 , the volume rati o of core 1010 cfu/L Bt suspension) to wall 10 g 1 L 1gelatin and Arabia gum solution was 1:2, and stirring speed was 350 rpm. With theoptimized preparation process t he size and span value of obtained Bt microcapsule w ereabout 12.7 μm and 1.03, and encapsulation e fficiency was up to 87%87%. The experiment ofbiological activity to grub showed that the Bt microcapsule had better persistent eff ectc ompared with the control , w hen the number of spores was 109cfu 1 ml 1 , the mortality ofgrub w ere 75.65% and 86.09% on the 7th and the 14th day .
