Excessive growth of commercial housing price in recent years has exerted an important impact on national economic development and social stability. Housing problem has become one of the focuses that all people concern, which is directly affected by the development of real estate. The paper starts from commercial housing price influential factors-price of staple commodity, wage income and GDP, utilizes multiple linear regression model to explore quantitative relation between Wuhan commercial housing price and these influential factors; besides, it predicts on change trend of commercial housing price and staple commodity price in near term (from March to September, 2016) and medium and long term (from 2015 to 2025) in Wuhan in accordance with grey prediction model.
