摘要

Overloading is a common all over the world, especially in China. Almost all commercial vehicles have different degrees of overloading behaviors, which not only is harmful to infrastructures of bridges and roads, but also is a threat to the people’s life and safety. A new weighing measuring principle is explored and soft material is used to compose weighing sensor, based on which a new technology and method which can develop economical and portable measuring equipment is proposed. In the process of making sensor, the materials of composing capacitor conductive plate were changed for many times, and the conductivity and characteristics of different materials were compared. Lastly, conductive fabric which not only can keep conductivity for a long time but also is economical is selected to be as the conductive plate of capacitance. For signal processing, vehicle weight signals are firstly for FIR filtering, and then the signals are for analysis and modeling. And we can get the solution of static weighing system.
