摘要

Since the 21st century, the supply chain management, especially the internal supply chain management of transnational corporations under the background of global economic market has a very important influence on the survival and development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the internal supply chain management of a Chinese branch company A of the transnational corporation of Germany, its original problems were analyzed; and on this basis, the SAP information system was introduced to optimize the supply chain management. After implementing the internal supply chain management of the SAP information system, each work of this company has been optimized, the efficiency has been greatly improved, and there is a more pronounced effect especially in material purchasing, inventory management and so on.
机译：21世纪以来，全球经济市场背景下的供应链管理，尤其是跨国公司的内部供应链管理，对企业的生存和发展有着非常重要的影响。通过对德国跨国公司中国分公司A内部供应链管理的分析，分析了其最初存在的问题;在此基础上，引入了SAP信息系统以优化供应链管理。实施SAP信息系统的内部供应链管理后，该公司的各项工作得到了优化，效率得到了极大提高，特别是在物料采购，库存管理等方面，效果更为明显。
