Evolutionary Game Analysis on the transformation of science and technology achievements

摘要

The interaction between different subjects in the transformation of science and technology achievements as well as how to coordinate their behavior are the key unsolved problems in theory research, which are also restricting the transformation speed and efficiency of science and technology achievements in the real world. The solution of these problems has an important significance for speeding up science and technology achievements transformation. By using evolutionary game theory and multi-agent modeling method, this paper built an evolutionary game model of science and technology achievements transformation and then made the analysis of decisionmaking interactions between holders and appliers as well as the system equilibrium status of science and technology achievements transformation. Based on the Matlab simulation platform, it made the evolutionary game analysis on three types of transformation tactics adopted by holders and appliers including transformation for once, cooperative transformation and non-transformation under different benefit parameters. The result shows that holders and appliers of science and technology achievements transformation will adopt one of the three types of transformation tactics and the evolutionary game result depends on the values of parameters in the benefit-payoff matrix as well as the system’s original status. The innovation of this research is to reveal the evolutionary game character of the interaction process between the two sides in science and technology achievements transformation as well as the game equilibrium tactics and it makes clear about the influencing factors and realization conditions of successful transformation which can provide a reference for accelerating achievements transformation.
