Clinical application of modern medicine, the medical image has the characteristics of large amount of data, need to store equipment, design of large capacity in the management system not only that, but also the needs of a variety of high performance display device and high-speed network environment support. So, in the process of building PACS, the construction cost is too high has been the main obstacle. However, with the development of modern computer technology, computer and network equipment performance continues to improve, making the equipment of high performance computer terminal cost has been effectively controlled, the PACS system makes the hospital some better economic conditions gradually began to build their own. So, in the hospital's economic strength and the continuous growth of the medical level, the hospital's demand for PACS system is also more stringent. In the modern medical system, the function of the storage of all kinds of medical images in the transmission is very large in the clinical and patient diagnosis, it can realize the efficient management and sharing of various clinical radiology images. Now, all kinds of professional medical image storage and transmission system have been widely used. However, the design and development of medical image storage and transmission system is not a simple software development, but very large system engineering. First of all, the design and construction of such projects requires a comprehensive system demand analysis, strategy of extraction, various solutions of the scientific development; secondly, in the application part of PACS in the professional, also needs to be treated, for a variety of technical problems in the transmission, the key is to display and image storage. Therefore, this paper is in this demand, the research results obtained will also have a very direct and application. Status of research is mainly in the medical imaging medical professional medical imaging information in the paper, with the modern management system is based on the theory of the current mainstream SOA and MVC hardware architecture, network technology and medical imaging business processes, and application of organic integration, proposed and designed a new medical image information management system architecture them. The system is based on AIX operating system, Apache server and ORACLE database system based on the construction of "management of medical imaging C/S architecture based on information system can provide a unified hardware and software solutions and planning for the Department and the Department of medical imaging examination of various medical professional. Specifically, first of all to the modernization of professional PACS system in this paper the significance, development history, research status and trend are introduced in this paper, introduces the current situation in the development of PACS in China and some existing problems. Based on knowledge and radiological imaging equipment commonly used in the diagnosis and treatment of several commonly used terms and medical imaging technology summarized, analyzed the key problems in the construction of the PACS system and the need to support environment. Subject to Java development environment, My Eclipse as the development tool, SQL Server 2005 as the database of the system, through the Tomcat server, using C/S three layer architecture, the system has good maintainability and reusability. At the same time, in the process of software development, the use of MVC design patterns and object-oriented design and development methods, easy system design and implementation. In this paper, the development and implementation of information management system of higher vocational education are discussed in detail in the aspects of requirement analysis, system design, development environment configuration, system realization and so on.
