Tourism industry has become one of the biggestand dynamic industries in the world, giving a great impetusto the economic development. However, its vulnerability andthe crisis management have been the momentous problem.The findings of researches and practices have shown thattourism crisis will possibly take place due to the destructionof system balance, which is similar to the ecological crisis inthe natural world. This paper built an ecological systemmodel to research the formation mechanism of tourismcrisis, and designed the crisis management system forpreventing, monitoring, controlling and recovering thetourism crisis both from natural and social environment.
