Track Maintenance is crucial for the safe andefficient of railway transportation. After analysis of foreignmanagement techniques for high-speed railway trackmaintenance, combined with the characteristic of passengerdedicated line in China, this paper has explored new ideasof the information system of passenger dedicated line trackmaintenance and at the same time researched on the theoryand method of system construction in depth. Combinedwith parts of after-operation data of Beijing-Tianjinintercity passenger dedicated line and based on the keytechnologies and system design in the paper, a prototypeinformation system of track maintenance forBeijing-Tianjin intercity passenger dedicated line has beendeveloped.
