Blue rubber bleb naevus syndrome (BRBNS) is a rare congenital angiomatosis principally due to involvement of two systems, i.e.,skin and gastrointestinal system, with venous malformations, which may lead to acute or chronic gastrointestinal bleeding resultingin chronic and refractory iron deficiency anaemia though other systems may also be involved. Here we present such a case in anaged Muslim female who presented with anaemia, positive occult blo od in stool, and bluish maculo-papular lesions on the tongue,neck, palm, and oesophageal mucosa
