摘要

This paper proposes efficiency analysis of a new control scheme for Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) control with implementation using MATLAB/semolina software. It proposes Direct Reactive Energy and Torque Control (DRETC)- space vector modulation with special focus on efficiency analysis. Flux control method is the base for the control strategy for IPMSM. Indirectly this control method adjusts the stator current vector angle with the stator flux vector. Simulation model is proposed for DRETC which includes the mathematical modelling of IPMSM and reactive energy & torque estimator. Results of simulation prove the efficiency improvement by DRETC. The results obtained paved a way to add one new control scheme for IPMSM for the applications like electric vehicles where energy concern is the major issue.
