We will investigate relationship between the fractional quantum Hall plateau?transition from Laughlin state at $u = frac{1}{2n+1}$ to a trivial insulator, and composite Fermi liquid at $u = frac{1}{2(2n+1)}$. We use the recently-developed quantum field theoretic technique,?3d dualities, in combinations with the coupled-wire descriptions for quantum Hall states. We will show that we can also access various other phases, including non-abelian paired states at $u = frac{1}{2(2n+1)}$, from the plateau transition.
