目的:确定信效度良好的适合大学生生命意义感的研究工具,了解大学生生命意义感现状,探讨大学生生命教育对策。方法:首先验证尹美琪的生命意义感量表对大学生被试的适合性,然后以重庆市大学生为被试进行问卷调查,最后进行分析讨论与对策探讨。结论:1) 大学生生命意义感测量问卷信效度符合心理测量学标准,适合对大学生进行研究。2) 大学生生命意义感整体处于中等偏下水平,具有显著的性别和年级差异,但在专业、家庭居住地、是否独生子女维度上差异不显著。对策:建构高校生命教育体系、在大二年级开设生命教育课程、开展生命教育团体心理咨询与辅导、开展生涯规划课程教学与咨询。 Purpose: The purpose is to determine the reliability and validity of the research tool suitable for college students’ sense of life meaning, understand the status quo of college students’ sense of life, and carry out corresponding countermeasures for college students’ life education. Methods: First, verify the suitability of Yin Meiqi’s Sense of Life Scale for college students; then conduct a questionnaire survey with Chongqing college students as the subjects; and finally conduct analysis, discussion and countermeasures. Conclusion: 1) The reliability and validity of the college students’ sense of meaning survey questionnaire conforms to the psychometric standards and is suitable for research on college students. 2) The overall sense of meaning of life of college students in Chongqing is at a lower-middle level, with significant gender and grade differences, but there are no significant differences in the dimensions of majors, family residences, and whether they are only children. Countermeasures: Establish a life education system in colleges and universities, establish life education courses in the sophomore year, carry out life education group psychological counseling, and carry out life planning course teaching and consultation.
