ECOLOGICAL SENSITIVITY EVALUATION OF THE HARBIN-DAQING-QIQIHAR INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SOURCE COORDINATION
Rapid urban agglomeration in the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor,a region that has the greatest construction scale, population density, and degree of industrialization in Heilongjiang Province, has damaged the ecological environment and lowered ecological benefits.Ecological sensitivity evaluation is a scientific and effective evaluation method that is used in ecological planning.A quantitative analysis of the study area on the basis of technologies such as GIS was conducted. The results can provide references to the optimization of regional ecological pattern and resource utilization. The core zone of the study area was determined by using Guidos the basis of morphological spatial pattern analysis, and the delta values for probability index of connectivity (dPC) were obtained by inputting Conefor2.6.With the combination of GIS grading evaluation, ecological source regions and buffer zones were used as ecological element factors.Land type factors were derived based on interpretation results of remote sensing images, and topographic feature factors were acquired from correlation analysis based on digital elevation model.Weights of ecological element, land type, and topographic feature factors were set reasonably, and ecological sensitivity analysis was performed. Results were evaluated under common coordination of ecological source regions and multiple evaluation factors, extremely sensitive regions concentrate in the Daqing wetland and mountainous regions and forests in Acheng District,Harbin.Natural wetland is the main high-sensitivity region.Future work will attempt to avoid development and construction of these related regions.Moderate-sensitivity and low-sensitivity regions cover cultivated lands, scarce forests, and grasslands in the urban-rural borders of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor, which can be developed and constructed appropriately during ecological protection and restoration efforts.Findings can provide theoretical and methodological references to urban-rural ecological planning studies.
