With the rapid development of the market economy,the e-commerce industry has gradually become one of the emerging industries in the current market economy development.With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,this sales model has gradually penetrated into the production and sales of agricultural products in my country,which has promoted the rise of the emerging industry of rural e-commerce.Rural e-commerce is facing the industrial chain terminal logistics distribution in the development process.System,industrial chain coordination mechanism and other imperfect problems,these problems not only caused the decline in the quality of the sustainable development of e-commerce in rural areas,but also restricted the development of the entire rural area.Therefore,this article analyzes the current status of e-commerce operation and management based on the actual situation of the current rural e-commerce sustainable ecosystem construction and the current development trend,in order to better guide rural e-commerce and reorganize the construction methods,To explore countermeasures for rural e-commerce to achieve sustainable development under the ecological system,and to promote the efficient development of rural e-commerce and e-commerce sustainable ecological system construction.
