The agricultural industrialization consortium is a new model for the innovation and development of agricultural industrialization organizations,and income distribution is the primary problem faced by the agricultural industrialization consortium.A reasonable income distribution mechanism is a necessary condition for its long-term stable development.This paper,firstly,defines the connotation of the agricultural industrialization consortium and the positioning of each subject.Secondly,based on the principle of distributing income according to the contribution of factors,the C-D production function is used to determine the contribution rate of production factors such as labor,capital,land,organizational innovation,etc.; Establish a corresponding game model for organizational innovation,and determine the optimal distribution coefficient between the income generated by organizational innovation in leading enterprises and cooperatives,and allocate other production factors according to the proportion of each main investment.Finally,the industrialization of Huaihe in Anhui Suqian as a case study,the consortium analyzes and calculates the optimal income allocation of each internal entity.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the pilot and follow-up promotion of the national agricultural industrialization consortium.
