The similarities and distinctions of swimming performance among men and women of different age, who were participants of finals of the World Championship in Melbourne - 2007 are revealed. Difference of results among men and women is determined by difference longitudinal separations. The generalized difference of all results at men from women has made 0,17 m/s. It became characteristic for participants of the swimming program in the world championship in Montreal - 2007.
