In the article analysed intercommunication between the indexes of the functional state and physical preparedness of students. The most meaningful and informing indexes, which in future will be utillized for development of prognosis formulas, proper a safe health level, are also presented in it. It is set that basic data of physical preparedness of students are more low as compared to results, got other authors for probed period. It is well-proven that expedient is applications of criteria of the differentiated approach, which would represent a complex not only functional but also biochemical indexes of organism.
