The problems of existing approaches as well as programmers of professionally applied physical training of tertiary level students have been studied diachronically and at the present moment. 4600 students have been questioned modern traditional applied to the system of students professionally oriented physical training has proved to be ineffective. Theoretical and methodological conceptual basis as well as variable individual programmers for tertiary level students professional physical training have been worked out. The pedagogical experiment helol proved the programmer to be effective.
