Dynamics of the Maintenance of Haemoglobin at the Qualified Runners on Average and Long Distances in the Preparatory Period of the Annual Cycle of Training
Value of hemoglobin for oxygen - transport system of an organism is considered in this article. Results of research of dynamics of the maintenance of hemoglobin in blood of the qualified runners on endurance in the preparatory period of a year cycle of training are resulted. The possible reasons of change of a level of hemoglobin are discussed. The data on the maintenance of hemoglobin in blood of sportsmen are submitted in this article depending on their qualification (a first-class sportsmen and candidates to the master of sports) and depending on their specialization (runners on middle-distances and long-distance runners).
