The improvement of teaching quality in order to promote the electronic electrician experiment, training students’ ability of engineering quality and the position, the paper analyzes the current situation of electrical and electronics experimental teaching and the existing problems, this paper expounds the necessity of constructing the virtual instrument laboratory, and from two aspects of hardware modules and software system design construction scheme for the overall design.
