摘要

The implementation of the strategy of rural re-vitalization cannot be achieved without relying on innovation and embracing the wave ofinformationi-zation.Implementing the strategic deployment ofthe 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on building a "smart society" and exploring and advancing the construction of"smart villages"have important practical significance. This article in-troduces the theory of sustainable development and the model ofcoupled development degree,expound-ing the understanding of the construction of"smart village".The research results show that the construc-tion of "smart villages" must be developed in har-mony with ecological protection, and the develop-ment of urban and rural areas should be coordinated. In addition, the article analyzes key application areas and further proposes several countermeasures and suggestions.
