摘要

As the concept of low-carbon environmental protection becomes more and more popular, the pro- tection of forest resources has become the consensus of all countries. The rapid development of compu- ting technology provides support for the realization of paperless, low-carbon and environmentally friendly office. However, as the government's ad- ministrative law enforcement department, the indus- try and commerce departments in some regions have still not received enough attention in paperless office. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, we de- signed a distributed file system (DFS) processing plan, which is basically a low-carbon and environ- mentally friendly concept. Based on the principle ofthe system, the design process ofthe paperless chem- ical business management system is analvzed. whichcan reduce the use of paper and realize low-carbon and environmentally friendly office. The system adopts the B/S architecture model, which uses theidea of MVC layered development, and its develop-ment structure mainly includes three levels. VIEW layer (UI), SERVICE layer (BLL) and DAO layer (DAL). The system mainly includes five modules. namely, name registration, domestic capital registra- tion, foreign capital registration, individual registra- tion and system management. These modules can ef- fectively manage business transactions, improve the company's listing management and reduce the use of paper in the work process. Therefore, the system re- alizes low-carbon and environmental protection, while also improving the efficiency ofbusiness man- agement.
