Performance management is currently the most important link in the development of an enterprise. It has a profound impact on the cost management, en-ergy saving, emission reduction and sustainable de-velopment of enterprises. Enterprise performance management involves a wide range of aspects and professions, and traditional management methods and evaluation results do not conform to actual con-ditions. In order to solve the current shortcomings in corporate performance management,a corporate blockchain performance management system based on genetic algorithm-neural network environment was proposed. This method uses genetic algorithms to optimize neural networks. The experimental re-sults also prove that the improved algorithm shortens the convergence time and reduces operation errors. Furthermore, it can effectively reduce the operating cost of the enterprise, and realize energy conserva-tion, emission reduction and sustainable develop-ment of the enterprise In addition, a performance management system based on blockchain technol-ogy is designed,which combines current blockchain technology with a neural network optimized by ge-netic algorithms. In order to verify whether the sys-tem improves the efficiency and development envi-ronment of corporate performance management, we systematically analyzed the user experience satisfac-tion of employees before and after using the system. That is, the anonymous method is used to statisti-cally analyze the experience satisfaction of 500 em-ployees of an enterprise in the five aspects of com-pensation system, evaluation system, management ability, employee motivation, and cost optimization before and after using the system. The results show that the satisfaction level after optimization is over 97%,which is 30% higher than before optimization. This proves that the performance management sys-tem based on blockchain technology has a positive impact on the performance management of enter-prises. This system improves the cost management efficiency of the enterprise,optimizes the enterprise environment, and is conducive to energy saving, emission reduction and sustainable development of the enterprise.
