摘要

It is very clear from the stated results that development of soft skills demands continuous training and practice. It is an ongoing and enduring activity which begins from personal comfort zone of an individual, his/her family and self-efforts, followed by initiatives taken by industry and academia. The study also points to keeping oneself updated through various resources available to enrich one's existing soft skills. Soft skills should be an integral part of learning, should have place in the curriculum, and should be imparted at regular intervals and at different stages of one's career. Soft skills are life skills which are needed at every juncture of one's personal and professional life to be a better human being, to be a better performer.
