Work can be challenging sometimes and experiencing work-related stress happens to the best of staff. But the impact can be worse for people with dyslexia. Talk to your staff - it is hard to understand dyslexia if you don't have it, so ask them what helps. Undertake some research on the issue - organizations like the British Dyslexic Association and theBritish Assistive Technology Association. Above all, the key is to offer an open environment so that staff feel comfortable to speak up if they have a problem. This will allow you to offer them a solution, help remove the barriers, and enable them to work productively.
