Raleigh, N.C.: WTVD (ABC), WNCN (Nexstar), WLFL, WRDC (Sinclair), and WUVC (Univision) 3. Tampa-St. Petersburg, Fla.: WFTS (E.W. Scripps), WTVT (Fox), WMOR (Hearst), WFLA (Nexstar), and WTSP (Tegna) The Society of Broadcast Engineers has created an ATSC3 Specialist Certification, which was developed by the SBE Certification Committee and ATSC. First certification tests will be available in February; registration deadline is Dec. 31.
