I enjoyed the article and thought it was well written, but I would have appreciated some context and perspective on how often that specific act (transferring a pyrophoric liquid from one bottle to another) happens in labs, and how often the recommended safety rules for doing that are observed. One can find many examples where recommended safety rules are ignored, where it is the norm.
