摘要

Plant growth and development are impossible without adapting to changing environmental conditions [1, 2]. In nature, plants are exposed to not one but several environmental factors. In this connection, the problem of studying the rearrangements of plant cell metabolism under exposure to several abiotic factors is of special importance. Particular attention, in our opinion, should be given to the critical period for survival of plants, namely, to the beginning of intensive growth of the germ, including the transition from the state of a dry seed to mesophytic imbibed state. In this period, the requirements of plant metabolism to moisture and energy supply are especially high; however, natural factors are not always favorable. Emergency
