Xiamen Port Development has engaged CCCC Third Navigational Engineering Bureau to construct berths in the northern part of its Gulei Port development project. The berths, called No 1 and No 2, will cost CNY637.5 million (USD92.9 million). CCCC Third Navigational Engineering Bureau is a subsidiary of state-owned civil engineering and dredging company China Communications Construction Co.
