The money will not only be spent on physical infrastructure projects but also on manpower capabilities, Lino states, citing Indonesia's expected 6.3-6.4% economic surge during 2012 and projected 6.3% growth in 2013.That economic climb, fuelled by strong investments and a strengthening manufacturing sector, means the country needs to significantly boost port capacities and operational efficiencies to accommodate an aggressive import-export trade.
