CEDA has developed a low-technology approach to dredged material management for the London Convention (LC) and its 1996 Protocol (LP). The LC and its LP are global conventions to protect the marine environment and the most widely-applicable legislative instruments for the regulation of the disposal of dredged material at sea. CEDA actively participates in the conventions, representing the World Organisation of Dredging Associations (WODA).
