Twenty-five commercial property groups that collectively manage 75 per cent of Australia's leased corporate office space have responded to a Total Environment Centre (TEC) invitation to learn how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by retrofitting office buildings.rnUnder the TEC's Existing Buildings Project, five groups that between them account for 10 per cent of Australia's office floor space have already committed to reducing emissions by up to 40 per cent over four years.
