It Looks like an election. It is called an election. Now it even stinks like one. In the past two weeks the contest to become Hong Kong's next chief executive, which was supposed to look gentlemanly and vaguely democratic, has descended into chaos. The front-runners, Henry Tang Ying-yen and Leung Chun-ying, are both in trouble. Mr Tang is mired in scandal.
