Malaysia's vision for the future is clear. No other nation has crafted as comprehensive a plan as Malaysia's Economic Transformation Programme (ETP). The objective is simple: to make Malaysia a high-income nation by 2020, and in the process, transform its capital city of Kuala Lumpur, affectionately known as KL, into one of the most liveable cities in the world. Already one of the most fascinating destinations in South-East Asia with its richly diverse culture and history, its blessed geographical position puts it at the very heart of Asia. This means Kuala Lumpur is on every investor's radar.
